I've been noticing the same things about youth culture and "Hipsterdom". I have a couple of ideas to combat the corrosion of our creative expression (culture) <br><br>1.) Letting Go of nostalga (This is Paramount).<br> WHY <br> a.) It makes room for new ideas <br> b.) Frees one from the desire to console oneself using imagery or objects from the past.<br><br> 2.) Cultivating tenacious curiousity.<br> WHY<br> a.) It provides us with new/different questions.<br> b.) With new questions come new/different<br>3.) Recognizing the Narcissim within ourselves <br> WHY<br> a.)
